Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

If the item is broken, damaged during transportation, or defective, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives. After consulting with us about the return method, we will propose the most convenient method for you.

As soon as the damaged item arrives at our shop, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the replacement product is out of stock, or if the same product does not exist in one product, we will send the replacement product or refund it after consulting with the customer.

The product cannot be canceled after the product has been shipped.
In case of cancellation of product purchase, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee incurred when refunding.

返品･交換･キャンセル

商品が壊れていた時や運送中に破損した時、不良品等の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に当店にご連絡ください。 返送方法はご相談の上、当店よりお客様に一番便利な方法をご提案させていただきます。

破損した商品が当店に到着し次第、代替品を早急にお送りさせていただきます。 万が一、代替品の在庫がなかった場合、一品物で同一商品が存在しなかった場合は、お客様と相談の上、 代わりの商品をお送りさせていただくか、返金させていただく事となります。

商品発送後キャンセルできません。
商品ご購入キャンセルの場合、返金のとき発生する振込手数料お客さんご負担となります。

Shipping time

The product will be shipped after 3:00 pm. (Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped at 11:00) If
you place an order after 3:00 (payment confirmation / arrival of registered mail), it will be shipped at a later date.

発送時間-

午後3時以降となります。(土日は11：00時に発送)
3時以降ご注文頂いた(入金確認･現金書留の到着)場合は後日発送となります。
